Description
Raspberries are amongst the most traditional of crops farmed on the Wilkin Estates at Tiptree, Essex, where we have been growing fruit since the 1800s. Each raspberry is carefully hand-picked, then rested in locally distilled Hayman s gin. The result is this delicious gin liqueur, bursting with the fresh fruitiness of proper English raspberries. Enjoy sipped straight over ice, add your favourite mixer for a rather fruity Gin Spritzer, or add a dash to Prosecco for a Raspberry Gin Royale.

Product Description
The first ‘Tiptree’ conserves were made in 1885 on the Tiptree estate and are still made here to this day. Fruit crops include strawberries, loganberries, mulberries and damsons to name but a few. Our signature fruit is the Little Scarlet strawberry, a tiny wild variety, originally brought to the UK by the Wilkin family in the early 1900 s. We believe that we are unique in the world in growing this difficult crop, but it is worth it for the quality of conserve it provides.
There is no compromise on style or substance.
Tasting Notes
Deliciously fruity and sweet.
